What we collect
Only what the reservation form asks for: your name, email, telephone if you give it, the date and size of your party, and any dietary note you write. Nothing else is gathered about you on this site.
Why we hold it
To answer your request, to seat you, and to brief the kitchen on allergies. Dietary notes are treated as sensitive and are deleted from the booking record the day after your visit.
How long
Reservation records are kept for twelve months so that we can recognise returning guests, then deleted. Accounting records are kept for five years because Norwegian bookkeeping law requires it.
Cookies this site sets

Essential. Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so the notice stops reappearing. Twelve months.

Essential. Keeps the reservation form from being submitted twice. Expires when you close the tab.
maaemo-reach
Optional. Counts which pages guests read before they book. Set only if you press “Accept all”. Six months.
The map on the contact page is served by Google Maps; Google receives your IP address when the frame loads and may set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — contact us on +47 22 17 99 69 and we answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
